Jeff, Chandie’s husband and business partner, recognized the potential of real estate early in his career. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance and Accounting, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. With a background as a financial advisor and experience as a real estate investor since his first purchase in 2003, Jeff excels at helping clients analyze homes for functionality, suitability, and monetary value. His commitment goes beyond just selling homes as he is dedicated to empowering clients to make informed decisions about one of life’s biggest investments. He strives to ensure that every client has the best real estate experience possible. Community engagement is also a passion for Jeff. In addition to connecting with the community through The Hupman Real Estate Group’s Investing in Your Community initiative, he stays involved in the Richmond Hill community through the Lions Club, Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and Exchange Club. When he’s not crunching numbers or giving back, Jeff loves spending quality time with Chandie and their children, Noah and Olive.
